We deploy O&M staff for short-term remediation, long-term maintenance contracts, or surge intervals when uptime or SLA risk emerges.

NSC provides site supervisors experienced in leading crews, enforcing safety, managing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, tracking production metrics, and ensuring compliance with EPC and regulatory requirements across utility and commercial solar programs. Supervisors are selected for proven performance under deadline pressure, documentation and inspection rigor, and command of safety culture on active job sites. We deploy supervisory staff for interim coverage, phase-critical leadership, or full-cycle oversight to protect schedule, budget, and audit readiness.
