Job Title: Travel Cable Technicians (Nationwide)
Location: Nationwide Deployment
- OVERTIME! – 60+ hours per week.
- Road warrior – 5+ months w/o coming home.
- Per diem 7 days a week.
- Commercial cable experience required.
- Must be able to get yourself to orientation in AR at your own expense.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle.

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking commercial structured cabling technicians for nationwide travel work.
Responsibilities:
- Network equipment installation nationwide.
- Fiber – splicing and terminating SC connections.
- Cat 5/6 – terminating (jacks & RJ45), toning, tracing, labeling.
- Installing network equipment – Switches, WAPS, etc.
- Scissor lift experience / comfortable working in the air.
Requirements:
- Must be able to get yourself to orientation in AR at your own expense.
- 2+ years of experience commercial cable installation.
- Ownership of basic telecom tools/PPE: Impact punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, Hard Hat, Boots, Safety Glasses, etc.
- Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA or NEC Standards.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
