Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze jobs and job tasks using a systematic approach to identify job-specific required skills and knowledge.
- Design, develop, and implement training courses that provide job-specific skills and knowledge for OCC staff.
- Prepare instructional materials, including course objectives, outlines, background materials, and training aids.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 6+ years of training experience
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
