Job Title: System Administrator
Location: STL
Clearance: TS/SCI
Certs Required: IAT Level 2
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Access Control System (ACS) security system support to meet service-level agreements
- Analyze ACS performance and recommend improvements
- Resolve complex system issues for ACS and associated networks
- Triage customer support calls, providing Tier 1 help desk support and Tier 2 escalation
- Complete preventive maintenance checklists
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Perform preventive maintenance actions including system back-ups, patching, error log reviews, database size and integrity checks
- Perform desktop hardware and operating system set-up, imaging software loading, and antivirus updates
- Ability to assist with ATO team and RMF documentation
- Maintaining SQL, creating and editing queries
- Maintaining Active Directory
- Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
- Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform all duties with minimal direct supervision
- Organize and prepare detailed documentation of system performance, including service request records and analysis
- Provide preventative maintenance checklist improvements to Project Leader for approval
- Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors and technical specialists through meetings and written daily or incident reporting
- Train system users and other system support personnel
- Respond to work tickets for the inventory management system
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
Requirements:
- Ability to apply and receive approval for site access from the customer.
- 3-5 Years of Experience with a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity
- 5-7 Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity
- 8-10 Years of Experience with an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity
- 10-12 Years of Experience with a High School Diploma
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows System Administration
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server (2016)
- CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE or SSCP preferred
- Work on site daily in the customer’s environment
- Ability to maintain consistent core working hours
