Scope of Work:
- Develop and deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to team members
- Create and execute project work plans, including tracking and reporting resource availability and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Establish clear project roles and responsibilities by Identify resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Set realistic and practical goals for projects and develop appropriate strategies for achieving them
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members about every aspect of the project so all team members understand their tasks fully and can act adhere to their responsibilities and meet project milestones efficiently
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Evaluate progress of projects on a regular basis
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Keep informed on latest strategies, tools and terminologies used in project management
- Develop tools and techniques for distributing tasks according to the skills of team members and evaluate the performance of all team members.
- Make continuous improvement a priority
- Be a role model for integrity
Requirements:
- Experience working with and effectively leading cross functional teams
- 5 plus years in security project management methodologies (developing project charters, defining and managing scope, building timelines, communicating plans, managing cost and risks
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules
- Strong and effective decision making skills is a must
- Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate leadership in all interactions
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships
- Strong ability to coach and mentor resources
- Ability to foster teamwork and lead with a positive influence
- Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks and make clear, timely decision keep the best interest of the company foremost
- Technical and/or Mechanical knowledge and abilities
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, specifications and schematics
- Must be willing to attend training sessions
- Must have or be able to obtain any required Certification
