Position Summary:
This Position requires the following specific technical and professional background: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Scrum. This is a contract opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Coach teams to achieve higher levels of scrum and agile maturity
- Assist the teams with conflict resolution, removing impediments, achieving self-organization, establishing trust
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups
- Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 8+ years of Scrum Experience
- Scrum Master Certification
