Position Summary: Anistar is seeking Construction Project Manager for a contract to hire role.
Responsibilities:
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
- Preparing budgets based of Scope of work and resources
- Budget tracking in regards to project costs
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout whole project
- Develop schedules and manage work plans
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent communication and project updates on a consistent basis
Knowledge and abilities:
- 5-8 years of PM experience relative to construction industry
- Ability to solve problems correctly
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience seeing projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to complete projects in relevance to outline scope, timeline, and budget
- Strong familiarity with PM software tools and methodologies
