Job Title: Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure contract operations are executed in a professional manner, in adherence to all policies and procedures
- Review TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) for security enhancements and submits recommendations
- Ensure all personnel, property, and vehicles entering premises are screened in accordance with Client specifications
- Reconcile vehicle delivery manifests with physical loads; ensures physical loads are screened, cleared, tagged, and secured in accordance with Client specifications
- Aid in contacting federal facility contacts to notify them of pending arrival of cleared delivery vehicles
- Coordinate staff scheduling of assigned personnel and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage and monitor employees meet all contract compliance requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of staff performance issues, including adherence to policies and procedures, tardiness, absence and / or violation of the Customer’s policies and procedures
- Selection and placement of personnel; design and implement performance improvement measures; oversee career development of staff
- Generate security metric reports of activity by week, month, quarter, and year or as assigned by the Client; reports shall include number of alarms, alarm severity, alarm/incident status and alarm resolution; metric reports shall be provided to the Customer on a monthly basis and as requested by the Customer
- Create and track monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Attend periodic meetings with the Customer to discuss ongoing contract performance, reporting metrics, and other topic areas as designated by Client
- Work closely with the facilities staff to be aware of facility issues, maintain knowledge of the infrastructure
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in law enforcement or military operations in a supervisory/management-level position
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience operating a large vehicle screening operation
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Capable of delegating tasks and from time to time meet with stakeholders along with the General Services Administration
- Demonstrate proficiency with conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to fulfill business needs
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure operation efficiency and quality control
