Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lewisville, TX
1.1 To accomplish project objectives by planning, evaluating activities, coordinating
schedules, managing change orders, and maintaining a PNL sheet for all ongoing jobs.
2.1 To coordinate job expectations, progress, and metrics on a daily basis to ensure jobs
are in line with customer and company expectations. Work with Project Manager,
Warehouse Manager and AV/PC Team to ensure resources and inventory for each job
are scheduled accordingly.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
3.1 Scheduling: Review open jobs and work with Project Manager and AV/PC Team to
schedule jobs according to FIFO and/or customer expectations.
3.2 Planning: Once jobs have been scheduled, work with warehouse team to coordinate
inventory needs and delivery expectations.
3.3 Monitoring: Monitor status of jobs daily and provide a progress report as needed. Work
with Project Manager and AV/PC Team to ensure jobs are on track and on budget.
Review and update all live documents (i.e. google docs, smart sheets, email, etc.)
viewed by management, PM, and customers on a daily basis.
3.4 Action Plans: Develop and execute plans when needed to meet company and
customer expectations. These should be discussed with Project Manager before
3.5 Inventory: Must keep track of inventory being utilized at each job site and work with the
warehouse team to request additional inventory as needed. Inventory discrepancies
should be communicated and reconciled ASAP.
3.6 Policies and Procedures: As a member of our project team, Project Coordinators are
expected to work with the Project Manager, warehouse management and AV / PC
Team to enforce all company policies and procedures.
3.7 Communication: To effectively communicate scope of work, job expectations, and
progress of work to management, AV and PC teams, and our customers.
3.8 Metrics: Record and keep track of KPI to review with Project Manager on a weekly
3.9 Resolving Problems: Expected to help resolve problems as they present themselves
and find solutions that will keep the team on track and on budget.
3.10 Audits: Perform audits as needed to assure jobs are being completed to meet the
scope of work and our customer’s expectations.
