Job Title: Security Inspections Manager
Location: Burlington, MA
Position Summary: Our client is looking for Inspections Manager person with demonstrated experience and knowledge of working with large companies in the commercial, higher education, and government sectors. Our client is an industry leader in the voice/data and security world. With over 10 years in the business they strive to attain 100% customer satisfaction.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of daily inspections. Work with upper management to determine the most effective use of the Inspection Team.
- Develop strategies and processes to become more strategic with inspections requests and scheduling to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding their requests to include setting customers’ expectation for inspections.
- Prompt delivery of inspection reports to customers.
- Must be flexible and strategic with technician availability to include working with other departments to resolve customer requests and support business needs.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, managing and updating tickets, ordering necessary equipment for stock.
- Analyzing workload to ensure the company’s high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Review performance of team members to include the submittal of employee’s annual review.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory skills
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Ability to manage processes and teams
