SoW: Assist the Tampa team with billing and financials as needed.
Job Skills Requirements:
- Experience with Construction AIA Billing
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with a wide cross section of personnel both internal and external
- Excellent Microsoft Office product skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Solid financial analytical skills including cost control and ability to interpret financial reports
- Solid accounts receivable knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and results focused
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational/ time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in financial software including ability to track invoices, run reports, data entry etc.
