Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Orlando FL
Duration: 6m to hire
SOW: Support office administration as needed and while being cross trained in other areas
Responsibility:
- Under general supervision, provides general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
- Responsible for answering phone, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other projects as assigned.
- Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties.
- Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data, creates job files, identifies and recommends solutions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Sorting daily mail and delivering to appropriate parties.
- File and pull invoices for accounts payable.

- Box Sales
- Fleet
- Certificate of Insurance
- Training – maintaining certifications for Florida.
- Meeting Meal Prep/ Clean up
Skills:
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer service oriented.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of office management or related experience preferred.
Previous accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial experience helpful.
