Position Summary:
Anistar is seeking experienced Administrative Assistant for a long term opportunity, with possibility of permanent placement, working in a large scale, fast paced commercial construction environment. We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail and work efficiently under minimal supervision.

- Detail oriented, strong MS Office Suite experience
- Processing reports and permits
- Data Research
- Ordering job equipment – daily
- Booking Jobs
- Understanding the legal side to our contracts.
- Permitting and processing costs
- Travel arrangements
- Training arrangements
- Working with the Sales Team
- Subcontractor and new vendor set up.
- Support of Office Manager and Management team when necessary
